About
I never really imagined myself a blogger. For that matter, at some point in my life, I never particularly imagined myself married, with two kids, living in Orange County and working for a bank.
As I’ve become acquainted with social networking, I’ve learned that I enjoy keeping a running photo diary on Facebook vis-a-vis my cell phone, and even Lightroom exports of some better quality stuff. Today, Facebook is beginning to feel just a little ordinary (and clatfelter.com was beginning to feel so last century). So, in taking the family photo journal to the next level (in the words of Tap member Nigel Tufnel, “This one goes to eleven”), I find myself learning WordPress. In short, I find myself blogging.
Here I will capture pictures and narrative around growing up and growing old as a Clatfelter. I’ll highlight photo projects, and really anything that strikes my fancy. First, and foremost, this is a personal project meant to satisfy only me. That said, though, please feel free to have a look around and even post thoughtful comments or drop me a line.
Best regards,
David Clatfelter
